Actor's Agreement

This is an actor’s agreement form that we produced and handed out to each member of our cast. Each member signed their form which allowed us to feel comfortable that as they have agreed to act according to our needs and help us to produce an effective horror trailer for our new promotional package.

Actors Agreement:

Dear (name of cast member),

You are permitted to sign this form of agreement so that we thereby believe you can provide us with the help and skills we need to create a horror trailer featuring yourself. Please read below and make your decision as to whether you are ready take part in the making of ‘The Entwined’ due to be released in October 2013.

I agree to:

- Understanding that all rehearsals are mandatory

- Be on time at all locations

- Demonstrate kindness and respect to the directors and cast members of the crew

- Refrain from foul language, and portraying a negative attitude

- Wear the make-up and costume assigned without complaint

- Assist with the production in any capacity, including working on set, helping with costumes, publicity and unexpected attention

- Overall, promote and foster a professional attitude by being dedicated, productive, positive, safe, pleasant, creative and collaborative. I will treat others in the cast, crew and production team with respect and courtesy.

 

I understand that repeat offenses in any of the above areas may result in my dismissal from the cast of this show, and could affect future casting in HFAC productions. In addition, any violence or illegal behaviour will result in our immediate suspension from the production.
